You will be responsible for

- Fostering collaboration across nursing, allied health, psychosocial and operational teams
- Leading nursing education, competency development and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Strengthening clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in nursing practices, care models and service delivery
- Providing strategic oversight of nursing operations to ensure quality, safety and continuity of resident care
- Championing person-centred dementia care and promoting residents' autonomy, dignity and quality of life
- Developing nursing leadership capabilities through succession planning, mentorship and talent development
- Representing the nursing department in organisational initiatives, professional engagements and external collaborations

- Is energised by developing people and building high-performing teams
- Holds a Degree or Master's in Nursing with valid registration under the Singapore Nursing Board

- Ideally has experience in nursing education, leadership development, quality improvement or organisational transformation
