Senior Manager, Business Office (Contract for 3 years)

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the end-to-end patient revenue cycle to optimise revenue capture, strengthen revenue integrity, and minimise revenue leakage. Working closely with the Patient Revenue Lead and stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Finance, and IT, you will drive the effective implementation of billing policies, enhance revenue collection processes, monitor key revenue performance indicators, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making through patient revenue analytics and insights. This includes overseeing the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, you will govern financial workflows and revenue management processes, including billing, and revenue capture functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of systems and interfaces across the patient billing ecosystem.

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with min 6 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows
• Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
