Front-End / Plasma Leading Specialist

Job Summary

Provide on-site customer support and technical training while designing software visualizers and interpreting complex plasma telemetry to enhance automated cluster architectures in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site customer support to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct internal and external training sessions to enhance team and customer technical knowledge
• Translate real-time hardware telemetry into visualized plasma data for operational clarity
• Design software visualizers and status maps to monitor and optimize automated cluster architectures
• Apply expert technical knowledge to support semiconductor equipment and processes effectively
• Maintain frequent communication with headquarters to align technical support and development efforts

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Japanese language to facilitate effective communication with headquarters and stakeholders
• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines to support technical responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry to ensure deep domain expertise

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Competent product knowledge to support technical training and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
