WSH Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all workplace activities comply with WSH regulations and company safety rules.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards.

• Prepare and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and safety documents.

• Monitor Work at Height (WAH) activities and ensure workers follow safety procedures.

• Check scaffolding, ladders, MEWPs, safety harnesses, and fall protection equipment.

• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings for workers.

• Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare emergency response and rescue plans.

• Coordinate safety matters with management, clients, project teams, and contractors.

• Manage safety requirements across multiple work sites.

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSHC).

• Valid Work at Height (WAH) certification.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant safety experience.

• Good knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigation.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Able to travel between multiple work sites.

• Possess own vehicle
