Logistics Operations Executive [EL]

Manage daily logistics operations, including shipment arrangements, documentation and delivery tracking.

Monitor shipment progress and ensure proof of delivery is received and properly recorded.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse personnel and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.

Handle shipment discrepancies, damaged goods claims and delivery-related issues.

Support logistics planning by monitoring shipment forecasts and coordinating transportation arrangements.

Ensure shipping activities comply with customs regulations and international trade requirements.

Coordinate the movement of incoming materials and outgoing finished products.

Assist with invoice verification, logistics cost monitoring and periodic reporting.

Work with relevant departments to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
