We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers from our customer database.
- Introduce facial and skincare treatments to customers.
- Follow up with customers and arrange facial appointment bookings.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide friendly service.
- Update customer records and appointment details.
- Singaporeans only.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.
- Friendly, polite and confident when speaking with customers.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Responsible, positive and self-motivated.
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
Job Details
Salary: $15 per hour
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Working Days: 4 days per week
Position: Part-Time
