Bartender

About the role

A bartender role focused on preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders, maintaining bar standards, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders

• Mix and prepare cocktails, spirits, beers and other drinks in accordance with the club's service standards

• Take drink orders, provide recommendations and deliver friendly, efficient customer service

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, equipment, glassware and surrounding areas

• Monitor beverage stock levels and replenish drinks, ice, garnishes and other bar supplies when necessary

• Assist with bar setup before opening and cleaning, stock checks and closing duties after operations

• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the designated ordering or payment system

• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with applicable liquor licensing, hygiene and workplace safety requirements

• Coordinate with floor staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented personality with good communication skills

• Previous bartending or F&B experience is preferred

• Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation

• Responsible, reliable and attentive to cleanliness and service quality

• Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
