Job Responsibilities
- To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients under your care.
- To perform and follow up with prescribed treatments and procedures to meet the patients’ physical and emotional needs.
- To collaborate and cooperate with other healthcare professionals for a smooth delivery of care and services.
- To perform any other additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing.
- Hold a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Able to perform 2–3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
