Supply Chain Planner [EL]

Prepare, monitor and update production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity and delivery requirements.

Coordinate with production, customer service and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Monitor production progress and identify potential delays that may affect customer delivery commitments.

Communicate production schedules, order status and delivery updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.

Investigate production planning discrepancies and support root cause analysis for missed schedules or performance targets.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
