Job position: Part-time FCE Assistant cum Kitchen Aide

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: First option year: 1 January to 31 December 2028. Second option year: 1 January to 31 December 2029.

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:30pm, excluding lunch break.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, June/November/December school holidays and gazetted public holidays.

Statement/Certificate of Attainment from SkillsFuture Singapore for Food Safety Course Level 1, or equivalent.

Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with initiative.

Relevant school experience is an advantage.

1. Work with Food and Consumer Education teachers to prepare for FCE lessons.

2. Maintain inventory and kitchen equipment, and process ingredient orders with food suppliers.

3. Prepare and distribute food portions before practical lessons while observing food hygiene requirements.

4. Clean kitchens after each lesson, including sweeping and mopping floors and checking used utensils.

5. Conduct stocktakes of food and cleaning supplies.

6. Assist at school events and perform other duties assigned by School Leaders or Heads of Department.
