Job Summary

Lead project execution by planning, monitoring, and coordinating resources to deliver mechanical and electrical engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and plan assigned projects to ensure completion within deadlines and budget
• Determine resource requirements and identify skilled personnel to execute projects successfully
• Source vendors and oversee procurement to meet project specifications and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain key customer relationships to support project development and client satisfaction
• Manage project delivery compliance, ensuring quality and on-time service levels are met
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for transparency and tracking
• Assist in project tendering by compiling detailed costing information
• Prepare client quotations accurately reflecting project scope and costs
• Present project costing reports to monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence
• Manage team members and coordinate communication among stakeholders to facilitate effective information sharing
• Participate in performance reviews to support team development and project success
