Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans covering master programmes, budgets, and site resource allocation.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial design development through construction to final building handover.

• Monitor project financial performance including procurement, budget tracking, cash flow management, and contract variation claims.

• Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and contractual site issues promptly.

• Implement effective risk management strategies to address commercial, safety, and technical challenges during building activities.

• Oversee quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and final defects rectification to ensure all project requirements are met.

• Drive the adoption of digital project management tools and building technology to improve site coordination productivity.

• Provide regular progress and cost reports while maintaining accurate documentation for all active project workstreams.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related building discipline.

• Minimum five years of relevant construction experience with at least three years in project leadership.

• Proven track record managing the full project lifecycle from commencement through to final statutory clearances.

• Strong proficiency in contract administration, building standards, and managing complex design-and-build or infrastructure projects.

• Technical competence in using BIM and digital project management software to support daily site operations.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage team performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
