You will join an established construction firm that values high-quality delivery and effective team coordination.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of interior and architectural construction projects from planning to project handover.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure all milestones are hit on time.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external consultants to ensure high standards of site work quality.

• Enforce strict safety regulations and company policies during all phases of onsite construction and fit-out activity.

• Prepare accurate project documentation and progress reports to keep stakeholders updated on all key developments.

• Lead regular site meetings to define the scope of work and clarify requirements for all contractors.

• Control project variations and manage contract documentation to ensure final costs remain within the set budget.

• Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and maintain high performance across all active projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Architecture or a closely related construction field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects for commercial office spaces.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and architectural detailing for complex office interior environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent construction sites while meeting very tight project deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective coordination with diverse subcontractors, vendors, and internal design teams.

• Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD for creating and reviewing technical project plans.
