Banking Operations Associate (Contract)

- Support end-to-end operational activities, including migration work, client/account data remediation and system checks
- Perform pre- and post-migration validation, including reconciliations
- Monitor and process daily activity such as trade matching and allocation, margin calls and collateral movements
- Investigate and resolve breaks, queries and exceptions with internal teams, brokers and clients
- Support project work, including UAT, test scripts and defect follow-up
- Support SMEs on BAU activities
- Update SOPs, process notes and user guides
- Prepare MIS and status updates
- Competence with MS Excel
