Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare comprehensive technical equipment and drawing submissions for approval by the relevant consulting team.
• Manage combined services drawings to ensure accurate alignment of all mechanical and electrical installations.
• Coordinate all site activities and provide direct supervision to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Draft detailed method statements for construction tasks and final testing and commissioning procedures.
• Communicate regularly with main contractors and consultants to review designs and technical material submissions.
• Report directly to the project manager regarding site progress and daily mechanical installation updates.
• Hold a Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Possess at least three years of relevant experience in MVAC or HVAC building projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Maintain high levels of fluency in both written and spoken Chinese to support client interactions.
• Show a strong understanding of building mechanical systems and installation project lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage technical documentation and liaise effectively with various project stakeholders.
