- Lead compliance monitoring programmes, internal reviews, and remediation initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and independent compliance assessments.
- Manage, mentor, and develop compliance analysts and team members where applicable.
- Deliver compliance training and provide regulatory guidance to business stakeholders.

- Practical working knowledge of MAS Notice 626, MAS Notice 701, Payment Services Act requirements, and PSN02 Guidelines.
- Experience managing transaction monitoring, investigations, sanctions screening, and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Prior exposure to MAS inspections, audits, regulatory reviews, or supervisory engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging regulators, banking partners, and senior management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities.

Benefits
- Opportunity to work within regulated fintech, payments, and digital asset sectors.
- High visibility with senior leadership and regulators.
- Exposure to evolving regulatory frameworks and financial crime risk management.
