1. Corporate Actions Processing
• Process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events for CPFIA and SRS accounts.
• Support event creation, entitlement validation, election processing, payout verification, and reconciliations.
2. Exception Management & Operational Controls
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, unmatched items, and reconciliation breaks.
• Escalate processing issues and potential risks in a timely manner.
3. Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processing accuracy.
• Support automation, digitization, and workflow enhancement initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Support
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve operational queries.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management reviews by providing required information and documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant operations experience within Corporate Actions or Custody Operations.
