Senior Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Building & Construction practice. The successful candidate will support a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction, infrastructure, and energy matters, including arbitration, litigation, adjudication and contract advisory work.

The role involves handling complex construction contracts. Familiarity with standard form construction contracts, including SIA, PSSCOC and REDAS would be advantageous. The successful candidate will assist partners and lawyers in managing litigation and advisory matters; conduct legal research; draft legal and court documents; manage eLitigation filings; liaise with clients, courts and government agencies; conduct due diligence and various legal searches; prepare hearing and transaction bundles; and ensure efficient administration and progress of legal matters under the supervision of the firm's solicitors.
