Store Manager

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and hands-on Café Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Job Scope

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the café is properly opened and closed according to operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients, beverages, and operating supplies.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop café staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Assign daily duties and ensure staff carry out their responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of café operations, food preparation, and beverage service
