Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our convenience / mini-mart operation.

• Oversee daily store operations, opening & closing

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock check

• Supervise shop staff, arrange work schedule

• Handle customer service, resolve customer enquiries and complaints

• Monitor sales performance and implement sales improvement strategies

• Ensure store cleanliness, product display and compliance with operational standards

• Manage cash register, daily sales reconciliation

• Coordinate with suppliers for stock ordering

Requirements

• Prior experience in convenience store / provision shop management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication skills, able to speak Mandarin & English preferred

• Familiar with stock control and cash management

• Responsible, attentive and able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends

• Able to handle fast-paced retail environment
