At Vision Organisation, we help brands connect with customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a Brand Engagement & Sales Associate who is ready to learn, meet new people and grow alongside a supportive team.

What you’ll do

• Represent clients at events, roadshows and promotional campaigns.

• Engage customers face-to-face and introduce relevant products or services.

• Build brand awareness through conversations and customer engagement.

• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

• Attend training and coaching sessions to develop your communication and sales skills.

• Share customer feedback with the team to improve campaign performance.

What we’re looking for

• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and working in a team.

• A willingness to learn, receive feedback and take on new challenges.

• An interest in sales, marketing, brand representation or customer engagement.

• No prior experience required; training and guidance will be provided.

Your day

You’ll begin with team training and workshops in the office before heading out with your team to engage customers at campaign or event locations.
