Job Responsibilities
- Nursing assessment
- Patient education
- Initiation of dialysis, patient and machine monitoring during dialysis, and termination of the dialysis procedure
- Maintain accurate nursing records.
- Nursing intervention to prevent complications, decreasing the need for hospitalisations
- Assist patients in achieving rehabilitative potential
Requirements
- SNB registered.
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing with renal nursing experience
- Advanced Diploma in Nephrology would be advantageous
- Working Location at Ghim Moh Centre
