Production Engineer (Biopharma)

Job scope

• Responsible for the design, procurement, validation, modification, commissioning, and preparation of relevant documentation for new projects, modification works, and reliability improvement activities.
• Perform instrument and equipment re-verification and recalibration in accordance with project requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Replace plant instrumentation and equipment to meet ATEX requirements for hazardous area classifications.
• Upgrade or replace instrumentation and certified systems to comply with IEC standards and the required Safety Integrity Level (SIL).
• Execute equipment modifications, new installations, and replacements in accordance with project specifications and operational requirements.
