Full-time Chinese Cook (Home-style Hunan Cuisine)

We're hiring a full-time Chinese cook who has worked in a Chinese kitchen and can cook home-style Hunan dishes. The menu is mostly simple, everyday Hunan dishes, especially steamed dishes. You won't need to make complex or elaborate dishes.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily prep, cutting and cooking of home-style Hunan dishes.

- Keep the taste of every dish consistent and get orders out on time.

- Store ingredients properly, keep the kitchen clean and follow food hygiene rules.

- Use ingredients carefully and keep waste low.

Requirements

- Experience as a Chinese cook, and able to make common home-style Hunan dishes.

- Must hold a valid SFA-recognised Food Safety Course certificate.

- Comfortable with daily kitchen work and serious about food hygiene and safety.

- Responsible and punctual, communicates well and works well with others.
