Delivery Associate (Last-Mile Logistics)

VENTROWORKS PTE. LTD. is a growing logistics and transportation company specialising in last-mile delivery and road freight operations in Singapore.

We are seeking responsible, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our expanding delivery operations team.

Perform daily collection and delivery of parcels, goods and customer orders within assigned delivery zones.
Ensure timely, safe and accurate completion of delivery assignments.
Use mobile delivery applications for order management, route navigation and delivery updates.
Handle goods professionally and maintain accurate delivery records.
Comply with road traffic regulations, workplace safety standards and company procedures.
Report delivery delays, incidents and operational issues promptly.
Assist with additional logistics duties when required.

Working Days: 26 days per month, based on duty roster.
Working Hours: 10–12-hour scheduled shifts, inclusive of applicable rest and meal breaks, subject to legal working-hour limits.
Required to work on weekends, public holidays and during festive seasons according to operational requirements.
Rest days will be scheduled according to operational needs and applicable employment regulations.
Overtime may be required during peak delivery periods, with overtime compensation provided in accordance with the Employment Act.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation applications is an advantage.
Able to use smartphones and delivery applications.
Physically capable of performing delivery duties.
Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and festive periods.
Must meet applicable legal requirements for operating a power-assisted bicycle (PAB), where relevant.

Monthly salary of S$2,500–S$3,000.
