Procurement Management
- Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.
- Material and supplier master management in SAP.
- Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
- JIT inventory management, review inventory levels and warehousing cost.
- Assist in stock taking to ensure physical stock accuracy/integrity.
- Assist in price negotiation with suppliers.
- Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
- Preparation and proposal of annual price list.
Customer Service Management
· Responsible for order management in SAP such as issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and all other sales related documents.
· Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.
· Obtain approval from MD according to the approval matrix.
Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or any major incidents in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.
Requirements: -
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Min. 3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.
- Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
