Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise site workers, subcontractors and ensure proper work allocation.
Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, work quality and site productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and project management teams.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
Ensure proper use of construction materials, equipment and manpower.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with MOM and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site management experience.
Good knowledge of construction processes, site supervision and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage workers and handle site operations independently.
Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
Relevant experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.
