Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out

As part of our project management team representing our client i.e., Changi Airport Group (CAG), you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing projects through various stages of design and construction, including developing project requirements and design briefs, managing design deliverables, preparing tender documentation, and supporting the evaluation and appointment of consultants and contractors.

You will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of assigned projects and work packages, including setting project priorities, monitoring progress against key milestones, managing project risks and issues, and coordinating interfaces across different workstreams. You will review plans, designs, specifications and drawings, resolve technical and project delivery issues, and ensure that key decisions and actions are implemented in a timely manner.

During project implementation, you will work closely with consultants, contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and other project teams, to align project requirements, manage interfaces and facilitate the timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• A good degree in Engineering, preferably with 6 to 8 years of relevant project experience.
• Proven experience in design and project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects, preferably in aviation infrastructure or large-scale retail fit-out works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, driven and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
