Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Lead, supervise and support the retail team.

• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.

• Maintain merchandise displays, stock levels and inventory.

• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising and operational standards.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Experience in apparel or fashion retail is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

• Sales-driven, responsible and hands-on.

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
