Part-Time FCE Assistant cum Kitchen Aide x1 (Secondary School – Tampines)
Salary: $13.00–$13.50/hour (approximately $1,408–$1,463/month)
Contract Duration: 1 year, with option to extend for another 2 years
Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–12:30pm
Working Days: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week
No Service Required: Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays (June, November and December), and gazetted public holidays
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with FCE teachers to prepare materials and ingredients for practical lessons.
Maintain inventory, monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate food ingredient orders with suppliers.
Prepare and portion ingredients for practical lessons while observing proper food hygiene practices.
Clean the kitchen and check utensils after each lesson.
Conduct stocktaking of food and cleaning supplies.
Assist with school events when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the school.
Job Requirements
Must possess a Statement/Certificate of Attainment for the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Food Safety Course Level 1 or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.
Relevant experience in a school environment is an advantage.
