We are hiring Beauty Advisors for an established luxury beauty distributor representing internationally recognised fragrance, skincare and cosmetics brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide personalised product recommendations across fragrances, skincare and beauty products.
- Engage customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, fragrance or skincare is advantageous.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle or other customer-facing retail backgrounds is advantageous.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and passionate about customer service.
- Willing to work rotating retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
