Assistant QC Engineer

Job Description are as follows
- Conduct quality check for incoming parts against drawings by performing visual, mechanical and functional check on components and record the findings in the Receiving Inspection Instruction form
- Ensure that all outgoing goods conform to standards and all non-conformities have been recorded
- Responsible for liaising with customer and supplier regarding corrective action for faulty parts
- Responsible for identifying and documenting non-conformances (NCR) and deviations, assisting in root cause analysis and CAPA
- Responsible for managing the equipment calibration and maintenance program
- Responsible for maintaining the assembly procedures files
- Handle all other QC related matter as and when directed by the superior
