Working Hours

• Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 8:00am–5:30pm
• Thu 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Roles

• Assist the SDT in fact-finding and investigations of student misconduct and bullying

• Monitor, manage, and educate students serving No-Play Time and in-house suspension

• Provide in-class support for students with behavioural issues

• Monitor students sent out for Time Out; educate through restorative processes

• Assist with house visits alongside HOD Student Management/Year Heads

• Collate discipline data (e.g., latecomers, serious offences) for the SDT

• Implement targeted SEL/Executive Functioning Skills for selected students (FTGP/CCE periods)

• Support after-school enrichment for High Needs Students

• Provide additional support for student management in high-needs classes

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years' relevant working experience

• Preferably at least a Diploma in Child Psychology, Education/Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, or equivalent
