Job Summary

You will operate and maintain AV and VC systems for virtual and physical events, manage meeting schedules, conduct maintenance, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth AV operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate AV and VC systems daily to support virtual and physical events
• Plan and manage schedules for multiple Teams and VC meetings, ensuring setup and testing are completed on time
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance to keep AV and VC systems in good working condition
• Provide Level 1 support to identify and rectify AV and VC system faults promptly
• Produce monthly maintenance reports for filing and review
• Collaborate closely with the Facilities Management team to coordinate AV operations
• Respond to and resolve maintenance service requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate asset inventory with proper labeling and document problem and incident reports
• Coordinate and supervise rectification, maintenance, replacement, and upgrading of AV and VC equipment
• Monitor ongoing maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating and maintaining audio visual (AV) equipment
• Proficient knowledge of MS Teams and Polycom systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Positive working attitude and ability to handle stress and multitasking
• Effective team player
