Product Specialist/Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and execute commercial plans to meet agreed revenue goals and expand market coverage
• Grow and manage existing customer accounts to strengthen retention, satisfaction, and repeat business
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to broaden product/service adoption
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers and external partners to support ongoing growth
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business development activities with broader objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• At least 3 years of sales experience within the medical device sector
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver against targets
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on opportunities
• Collaborative team mindset with a continuous-learning attitude
