Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's overall financial planning and budgeting.
- Monitor company cash flow, bank balances and financial commitments.
- Review financial performance and provide recommendations to Management.
- Monitor project costs, expenses and profitability.
- Develop cost-control measures to improve company profitability.
- Oversee financial planning for business operations and future projects.
- Monitor loans, hire purchase facilities and banking arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Accountant to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Advise Management on financial matters and business decisions.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.
Experience in ACMV, M&E or construction industry will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management.
Good analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Management and other departments.
