Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse utilization to ensure efficient storage and operational effectiveness.
- Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate material movements and delivery schedules to support operational requirements and timely customer fulfilment.
- Identify and implement process improvement, cost optimization, digitalisation, and automation initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
- Prepare operational reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
- Promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through contractor management, risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality management standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred.
- Experience leading continuous improvement, digitalization, or process enhancement projects is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics performance measurement, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
