Field Recruitment Specialist (In-House) - Cleaning & Security

Enjoy meeting people and working outside the office?

Join our in-house team to recruit and support cleaners, security officers and other ground staff across our project sites. You’ll help fill vacancies, guide new hires into roles and work with existing staff on longer-term opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Meet potential candidates at project sites and in the community, and explain available jobs, pay, hours and benefits.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding and deployment with HR and Operations.
• Speak with part-time staff interested in full-time roles.
• Visit sites to understand staff concerns and explore options such as transfers or other roles.
• Track recruitment progress and keep Site Managers and the Head of Operations updated.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Confident approaching and speaking with people from different backgrounds.
• Willing to travel regularly between project sites.
• Recruitment, manpower coordination, cleaning or security experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
