Trade Processing: Perform timely system entries, maintain trade records and ensure transaction data is accurate and properly reconciled.
Trade Updates: Verify shipping documents and update relevant trade information, including quantities, delivery dates, pricing and other transaction details.
Coordination & Communication: Work closely with traders, customers, counterparties and internal teams to follow up on price confirmations, payment arrangements and inventory matters.
Settlement Support: Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up on outstanding balances and assist the Finance team with cash management activities.
Management Reporting: Generate and review reports relating to journal entry discrepancies, outstanding charges, aged items and open positions with counterparties.
Records & Documentation: Ensure proper maintenance of physical and electronic trade documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Internal Controls: Follow established operational procedures and ensure trade-related transactions and documentation meet company policies and compliance standards.

Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with exposure to commodity trading, risk management, accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of international commodity trading practices, including INCOTERMS and trade finance.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) procedures will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively within a team.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in international commodity trade operations
