Registered Nurse [WCAN]

Provide nursing care, including medication administration, injections and wound dressing.

Assess patients and develop, implement and evaluate nursing care plans.

Educate patients and families on healthcare and nursing care.

Work closely with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

Guide and support junior nurses in their daily duties.

Assist Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse with ward operations and nursing services.

Follow hospital policies and nursing standards.

Record and report patients' conditions and progress.

Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Division.
