Staff Nurse [WCAN]

Provide nursing care to patients, including medication administration, injections and wound dressing.

Conduct nursing assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure quality patient care.

Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and nursing care.

Maintain professional nursing standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and effective care.

Provide orientation, guidance and support to junior nurses to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Assist the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse in managing ward administrative and clinical nursing services.

Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and standards.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and report patients' conditions and progress.

Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Division in accordance with hospital operational needs.
