Enrolled Nurse [WCAN]

Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and nursing standards.

Assist Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses in administering oral medications and performing nursing procedures, including wound dressing and nasogastric tube feeding, as authorised and within the scope of practice.

Provide orientation and clinical guidance to Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants.

Assist in documenting patients' conditions, progress and nursing care management.

Undertake additional duties assigned by the Nursing Division in accordance with hospital operational needs.
