Industry: Manufacturing & Wholesale (PCBs for Semiconductor)

Reporting to CFO

- Responsible for full-set month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

- Involve in financial data migration from external sources to in-house accounting.

- Assist in setting up and maintaining finance-related processes, policies and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and group consolidation reports for each entity.

- Resolve any related issues that affect the accuracy and timelines of General Ledger and Financial Reporting.

- Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure reporting integrity.

- Responsible for statutory reporting preparation.

- Main liaison with auditors and responsible for audit adjustments.

- Completion of government surveys as and when required.

- Maintain treasury controls by preparing and recommending/implementing policies and procedures.

- Responsible for activities reporting to Control & Governance.

- Support the treasury lead with controls and processes to ensure the upholding of financial transparency.

- Other Ad hoc matters

- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or Business, or a professional qualification in Accountancy.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience.

- Able to handle multiple entities and collaborate with team members.

- In-depth understanding of financial reporting, financial management, and taxation concepts.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross-functional team.

- Knowledge in Oracle and QuickBooks would be advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills are required to communicate efficiently with the team

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs - 1730hrs
