The Job
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tendersand other legal documents
- Advise business stakeholders on legal, regulatory andcommercial risks
- Manage customer complaints, disputes, pre-litigation mattersand tribunal/court proceedings
- Partner with and manage external legal counsel whererequired
- Support new business initiatives, regulatory matters and Board papers
- Advise on compliance matters, audits and internal guidelines
- Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business
Requirements
- Degree in Law（LLB/JD) from a recognised university
- Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential
- 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private practiceand/or as in-house counsel
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiationexperience
- Experience managing disputes and litigation-related matters
- Sound knowledge of Singapore law
