URGENT 1 Year Contract Legal Executive #NJN

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tenders and other legal documents
Advise business stakeholders on legal, regulatory and commercial risks
Manage customer complaints, disputes, pre-litigation matters and tribunal/court proceedings
Partner with and manage external legal counsel where required
Support new business initiatives, regulatory matters and Board papers
Advise on compliance matters, audits and internal guidelines
Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business

Degree in Law（LLB/JD)
Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential
Minimum 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel
Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
Experience managing disputes and litigation-related matters
Sound knowledge of Singapore law
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
