- Salary: $1,090 + $90 Tpt Allowance + OT
- Gross Salary: $1,500 - $2,000
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Perm Night Shift: 7PM – 4AM
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily biscuit production operations, including forming, baking, packing, and finished goods handling.
- Support biscuit forming and baking processes, including monitoring product quality, oven parameters, and production records.
- Perform packing operations, including product sorting, packaging material replacement, stickering, and packing of WIP and finished goods.
- Operate production and packing machines, including basic machine adjustments and date code checks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure biscuits meet production standards (colour, shape, moisture, and packaging requirements).
- Record daily production and process checking records accurately.
- Load and replenish biscuits and packaging materials to support smooth production flow.
- Transfer finished goods to designated areas/loading bay.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, hygiene standards, and 5S housekeeping.
- Support other production sections and ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements
- Able to support overtime work and shift arrangements, including weekends and Public Holidays, depending on production requirements.
- Able to work night shift when required.
- Able to perform physical work and handle lifting requirements.
