Join an established maritime organisation and take ownership of a broad legal, corporate governance and compliance portfolio, working closely with senior management and regional stakeholders across APAC.

You’ll provide legal and compliance support across commercial contracts, regulatory matters, corporate governance, internal policies, compliance programmes, disputes and maritime claims, while helping to strengthen governance frameworks and ensure consistent standards across the business.

Key Requirements

• Admitted to the Singapore Bar, with 5–10 years PQE and experience across both private practice and in-house legal environments.
• Proven experience developing and implementing corporate governance and compliance frameworks within an operating company.
• Strong in-house experience across commercial contracts, legal advisory, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience supporting regional / cross-border legal and compliance matters across APAC, working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maritime legal experience, particularly within ship management, is highly desired.
• You should currently be based in Singapore, as relocation support is not available for this position.
