Job Summary

Join our building maintenance team to develop sales skills with full training and guidance. You will identify and secure individual sales opportunities while benefiting from a high commission package. Candidates with BMSMA knowledge or construction sales experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual sales opportunities in building maintenance through active prospecting and client engagement
• Collaborate with the team to receive training and guidance for skill development and sales success
• Apply knowledge of building maintenance systems and construction sales to enhance client solutions and close deals
• Manage sales processes to achieve targets and maximize commission earnings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of BMSMA (Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act)
• Previous experience in construction sales
