Techno-Functional Consultant – RCO / RAY

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to support a Risk Confidence (RCO) upgrade project for a banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Moody’s Risk Confidence and a strong understanding of banking risk management, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), liquidity risk, and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support RCO upgrades, implementations, configuration, testing, and production support.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and key stakeholders to deliver project requirements.

• Support integration testing, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate defect resolution.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation and assist with deployment activities.

• Participate in application upgrade and migration activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Moody’s Risk Confidence (RCO).

• Strong techno-functional experience in banking and risk management applications.

• Understanding of ALM, liquidity risk, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), IRRBB, or related banking risk areas.

• Experience delivering application upgrade and implementation projects.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
