About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PPF and window tint installer to join our Serangoon North
workshop, working mostly on premium European and Japanese cars. This is a hands-on role where you
own the job from intake to handover: read the car, cut and lay film cleanly, and finish to a
standard the customer can inspect in daylight and be happy with. Our work is judged on the finish,
so we want someone who takes pride in theirs.

What You Will Do
*Installation*
-
Install paint protection film (PPF) — full front, full body, partial panels and high-impact areas
— on a range of car makes and models.

Work confidently from
pre-cut / plotter-cut patterns
and by
hand/custom cutting
on the
car where no pattern exists or the pattern needs adapting.

Install window tint to
LTA-compliant
specifications (front windscreen and front side windows
at ≥70% VLT); advise customers and colleagues on compliant shade choices.

Prepare surfaces properly — decontamination, edge and trim preparation, panel removal and
refitting where required.
*Quality & finish*

Deliver clean edges, tucked and wrapped where the job calls for it, no lifting, no visible
contamination, no creases or stretch marks.

Inspect your own work under proper lighting before handover and fix issues before the customer
sees them.

Handle customer cars with care — protect interiors, trims and wheels; return the car clean.
*Workshop & team*

Estimate time and film usage accurately so jobs are quoted and scheduled realistically.

Keep bay, tools and film stock tidy and accounted for; flag low stock early.

Complete job sheets and take before/after photos for each job (used for quality records and, with
the customer's agreement, for marketing).

Support and mentor junior staff and apprentices as the team grows.
What We Are Looking For
*Essential*
-
At least 5 years' hands-on experience
installing automotive PPF and/or window tint.

Proven ability with
both pre-cut/plotter patterns and custom hand-cutting
on the vehicle.

Working knowledge of
LTA window-tint (VLT) requirements
in Singapore.

Able to work to a premium finish standard and to own the quality of your own jobs.

Comfortable with basic trim/panel removal and refitting.

A portfolio of photos of your own completed work
— attach it to your application. This is the
fastest way for us to assess your standard, and we weigh it heavily.

Familiarity with plotter software and pattern libraries (e.g. film-brand pattern systems).

Experience on premium European marques.

Class 3/3A driving licence.
What We Offer
